Dweud eich dweud ar wasanaethau fferyllol cymunedol lleol

Mae Bwrdd Iechyd Prifysgol Hywel Dda yn gwahodd pobl ledled Sir Gaerfyrddin, Ceredigion a Sir Benfro i rannu eu barn ar wasanaethau fferyllol cymunedol lleol i gefnogi ailysgrifennu ei Asesiad Anghenion Fferyllol.

Mae Asesiadau Anghenion Fferyllol yn galluogi sefydliadau’r GIG i edrych ar ble mae fferyllfeydd wedi’u lleoli, y gwasanaethau maen nhw’n eu darparu, pa mor hygyrch ydyn nhw, ac a oes unrhyw fylchau neu gyfleoedd i wella dros gyfnod o bum mlynedd.

Bydd y safbwyntiau a ddarperir o’r arolwg hwn yn llywio ailysgrifennu’r asesiad. Ar ôl ei ailysgrifennu, bydd y bwrdd iechyd yn ymgynghori â’r cyhoedd, sefydliadau partner a rhanddeiliaid cyn i’r asesiad gael ei gwblhau a’i gyhoeddi yn ddiweddarach eleni.

Dywedodd Andrew Carruthers, Cyfarwyddwr Gweithrediadau Bwrdd Iechyd Prifysgol Hywel Dda: “Mae fferyllfeydd cymunedol yn chwarae rhan hanfodol wrth gefnogi iechyd a lles pobl ac yn aml nhw yw’r pwynt cyswllt cyntaf ar gyfer cyngor, triniaeth a chymorth iechyd.

“Mae eich adborth yn ein helpu i sicrhau bod gwasanaethau’n parhau i ddiwallu anghenion ein cymunedau nawr ac yn y dyfodol.”

Mae’r arolwg yn cau ddydd Llun 9 Mawrth 2026.

Have your say on local community pharmacy services

Hywel Dda University Health Board is inviting people across Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire to share their views on local community pharmacy services to support the re-writing of its Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment.

Pharmaceutical Needs Assessments enable NHS organisations to look at where pharmacies are located, the services they provide, how accessible they are, and whether any gaps or opportunities for improvement exist over a five-year period.

The views provided from this survey will inform the re-write of the assessment. Once rewritten, the health board will consult with the public, partner organisations and stakeholders before the assessment is finalised and published later this year.

Andrew Carruthers, Director of Operations for Hywel Dda University Health Board, said: “Community pharmacies play a vital role in supporting people’s health and wellbeing and are often the first point of contact for health advice, treatment, and support.

“Your feedback helps us ensure services continue to meet the needs of our communities now and in the future.”

The survey closes on Monday 9 March 2026.

People can take part by:

• Completing the survey online at www.haveyoursay.hduhb.wales.nhs.uk

• Collecting a paper copy from their local community pharmacy. Please return this survey to your pharmacy or via post – FREEPOST HYWEL DDA HEALTH BOARD
