Rydym yn falch o rannu bod Gwasanaeth Ieuenctid Ceredigion wedi lansio ymarfer ymgysylltu ledled y sir i lywio datblygiad Strategaeth Gwaith Ieuenctid newydd ar gyfer Ceredigion. Mewn ymateb i\u2019r cadarnhad diweddar gan Lynne Neagle AS, Ysgrifennydd y Cabinet dros Addysg, y gellir ei gyrchu yma\u00a0Datganiad Ysgrifenedig: Corff cenedlaethol a fframwaith statudol ar gyfer gwaith ieuenctid<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 rydym yn falch ein bod bellach yn gallu symud ymlaen i ymgysylltu \u00e2 phobl ifanc a\u2019n partneriaid allweddol i ddatblygu cynllun strategol pum mlynedd ar gyfer Gwaith Ieuenctid, a fydd yn cryfhau gwasanaethau ieuenctid yng Ngheredigion. Gallwch ddarllen mwy am y cyfeiriadau a\u2019r canllawiau statudol yma\u00a0Gwaith ieuenctid yng Nghymru: cyflawni dros bobl ifanc<\/a>.Mae ein strategaeth pum mlynedd newydd yn gyfle hanfodol i lunio dyfodol gwaith ieuenctid yng Ngheredigion, gan sicrhau ei bod yn adlewyrchu lleisiau pobl ifanc, anghenion cymunedau lleol, a blaenoriaethau partneriaid ar draws y sectorau statudol, gwirfoddol a chymunedol.Rydym hefyd yn manteisio ar y cyfle i ymgysylltu \u00e2 phobl ifanc yngl\u0177n \u00e2’n t\u00eem cyfiawnder ieuenctid, sydd bellach yn rhan o’r gwasanaeth ieuenctid ehangach.Fel partner allweddol, mae eich cefnogaeth yn hollbwysig. We are pleased to share that Ceredigion Youth Service has launched a county-wide engagement exercise to inform the development of a new Ceredigion Youth Work Strategy. In response to the recent confirmation by Lynne Neagle MS, Cabinet Secretary for Education which can be accessed here  Written Statement: A national body and statutory framework for youth work <\/a> – we are pleased that we can proceed to engage with young people and our key partners to develop a five year strategic plan for Youth Work, which will strengthen youth services in Ceredigion. You can read more about the directions and statutory guidance here Youth work in Wales: delivering for young people<\/a>.Our new five year strategy is a vital opportunity to shape the future of youth work in Ceredigion, ensuring it reflects the voices of young people, the needs of local communities, and the priorities of partners across statutory, voluntary, and community sectors. We are also taking the opportunity to engage with young people about our youth justice team, which is now part of the wider youth service. As a key partner, your support is crucial.
