Funded via support from the Welsh Government, the new programme called&nbsp;Amser&nbsp;is open to Third Sector organisations and is focussed on delivering a range of short break opportunities for unpaid carers from all communities across Wales during 2023\/2024 and 2024\/25.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first round of Amser funding is open from <strong>9 January<\/strong> and will close on <strong>6 February<\/strong> to applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Carers Trust are looking to recruit a team of freelance independent assessors, who can help us review applications&nbsp;and make an informed and objective analysis of the information provided and produce a written report for the Grant Advisory Panel to review. This will be an interesting role and one which will be a central part of the grant decision making process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to a short timescale for delivery of the first grants round, assessors will need to be available from <strong>9 February<\/strong> until <strong>6 March<\/strong> and have access to a computer and telephone.
