<\/strong>\u200aMewn ymateb i\u2019ch adborth i’n hymgynghoriad diwethaf, rydym yn cynnig diweddaru prosiect Tywi Teifi i leihau cyfanswm y peilonau, ychwanegu mwy o waith\u00a0tanddaearu, cyflwyno adran polion pren, a’i symud i ffwrdd oddi wrth nifer o drefi a phentrefi.\u00a0Gwnaethoch anfon adborth gwerthfawr ac adeiladol atom a gofyn i ni ystyried sut y gallai’r prosiect effeithio ar gymunedau cyfagos, yr amgylchedd a’r dirwedd o’i gwmpas. Rydym yn ddiolchgar am yr ymgysylltiad, ac mae’r diweddariadau hyn yn adlewyrchu ein hymrwymiad i gydweithio \u00e2 phreswylwyr a rhanddeiliaid i leihau’r effeithiau posibl mewn meysydd a nodwyd gennych fel rhai pwysig.\u00a0\u00a0Rydym yn cynnig cysylltiad trydan 132kV newydd rhwng Parc Ynni Lan Fawr, i’r dwyrain o\u00a0Landdewi\u00a0Brefi, Ceredigion, ag is-orsaf Grid Cenedlaethol newydd yn Llandyfaelog, Sir Gaerfyrddin.<\/strong>\u00a0Hoffem ddiolch i bawb a gymerodd ran yn ymgynghoriad anstatudol cam dau yng ngwanwyn 2025. Mae eich cyfraniadau\u2019n helpu i gryfhau prosiect sy\u2019n gweithio i\u2019r rhai sy\u2019n byw, yn gweithio ac yn mwynhau gweithgareddau hamdden ger ein cynigion.\u00a0\u00a0O ganlyniad i’r cyfraniadau hyn, yn ogystal ag asesiadau ac adborth pellach gan\u00a0randdeiliaid\u00a0technegol, rydym yn cynnig rhai diweddariadau i brosiect Tywi Teifi.\u00a0Ymhlith y newidiadau arfaethedig mae estyniadau i’n dwy ran o waith tanddaearu ger Bryn Myrddin a Llandyfaelog; llwybr newydd yn Adran Un ymhellach i ffwrdd oddi wrth Lanfair Clydogau, Cellan a Llanbedr Pont Steffan; a rhan newydd o bolion pren i gysylltu Parc Ynni Lan Fawr. Green GEN Cymru: An update on our Towy Teifi project<\/strong>

In response to your feedback to our last consultation,\u00a0we\u2019re\u00a0proposing to update the Towy Teifi project to reduce the total number of pylons, add more undergrounding, introduce a wood pole\u00a0section\u00a0and move it away from\u00a0a number of\u00a0towns and villages.\u00a0You sent us valuable, constructive feedback and asked us to consider how the project might\u00a0impact\u00a0nearby communities, the environment, and the surrounding landscape.\u00a0We\u2019re\u00a0grateful for the engagement, and these updates reflect our commitment to collaborating with residents and stakeholders to reduce the potential effects in areas\u00a0you\u2019ve\u00a0identified as important.\u00a0\u00a0We are proposing a new 132kV electricity connection between Lan\u00a0Fawr\u00a0Energy Park,\u00a0located\u00a0east of\u00a0Llanddewi\u00a0Brefi, Ceredigion, to a new National Grid substation\u00a0at\u00a0Llandyfaelog, Carmarthenshire.\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0We would like to thank everyone who took part in our phase-two non-statutory consultation in spring\u00a02025. Your contributions are helping to strengthen a project that works for those who live,\u00a0work\u00a0and enjoy recreation near our proposals.\u00a0\u00a0As a result of these contributions, as well as further assessments and feedback from technical stakeholders, we are proposing some updates to the Towy Teifi project.\u00a0Among the proposed changes are extensions to our two sections of undergrounding near\u00a0Merlins\u00a0Hill and\u00a0Llandyfaelog; a new route in Section One further away from Llanfair\u00a0Clydogau,\u00a0Cellan\u00a0and Lampeter; and a new section of wood poles to connect Lan\u00a0Fawr\u00a0Energy Park.
